    Sub-accounts are just "buckets" or "envelopes" for separating the main account user's metal. The sub-account is wholly owned and managed by the parent account; the sub-account does not constitute ownership by anyone other than the parent/master account.   • How do I transfer metals to a sub-account?
    To transfer metals between your main account and a sub-account, please do the following: First, find the "send a gift" section on your Soundmoney Dashboard. It will be under "Buying Power." Next, click on the arrow to the right of the name of the sub account. Select the asset that you wish to gift. Enter the dollar amount and then click on the "looks good, send it" button.   • How do I close my account?
    To close your account, you will first need to draw your asset balance down to $0. You may ship any whole bars or coins that you own, or you may liquidate any of the assets that you own. To have your metals shipped to you, click on the "Buy/Sell" button under the asset that you would like to have shipped. Then click on the green "ship" button.     To buy assets for a sub-account, you will need to switch from your profile to your sub-account's profile.     No. Each SoundMoney account is for one individual only. For compliance and security reasons, we can’t allow multiple people (including spouses or other household members) to share a single account or login.
