When will my shipment arrive?

Once your metals have been processed and dispatched from our vaulting facility (typically within 48 business hours), the delivery timeline is managed by our logistics partner, FedEx.

While SoundMoney facilitates (via VaultMax) the secure packaging and hand-off, FedEx is responsible for the transit and final delivery of your package. Please keep the following in mind:

• Tracking Information: As soon as your order is scanned into the FedEx system, you will receive a tracking number via email. This is the most accurate source for your estimated delivery date.
• Transit Times: Delivery speed depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and your proximity to our vaulting locations.
• Carrier Responsibility: Because FedEx handles the physical movement of the package, SoundMoney does not have direct control over transit delays caused by weather, high seasonal volume, or carrier routing changes.
• Signature Requirements: For your protection, precious metal shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.
