How much is the shipping/insurance fee to send items to my house?

When you choose to take physical possession of your gold or silver, the cost for secure delivery is calculated based on a flat administrative fee plus a percentage of the total value being shipped.

The standard shipping and insurance fee is: $15.00 (Flat Fee) + 0.5% of the total Asset Value being shipped.

How this breaks down:

  • The $15.00 Flat Fee: Covers the secure handling, discreet packaging, and administrative processing required to move your assets out of VaultMAX and into the delivery queue.
  • The 0.5% Insurance Premium: Covers the cost of comprehensive, "all-risk" insurance during transit. This ensures that your wealth is protected until a signature is obtained at your delivery address.

Example Calculation:

If you are requesting the shipment of $2,000 worth of silver, your fee would be calculated as follows:

  • Flat Fee: $15.00
  • Insurance (0.5% of $2,000): $10.00
  • Total Shipping/Insurance Cost: $25.00

Important Reminders:

  • Signature Required: For your protection, all packages require a physical signature upon delivery.
  • Deduction Method: These fees are paid in metal by liquidating a small fractional portion of metal at the current Buyback Price to cover the cost.
  • Whole Units: Physical disbursements are made in whole unit quantities (e.g., full ounces). Any remaining fractional balances will stay securely in your vaulted account.
