How long does it take for a cash withdrawal to reach my bank account?

When you initiate a withdrawal from your SoundMoney® Wallet, the timeframe for the funds to arrive in your bank account depends primarily on your banking institution and how your account was initially connected.

Standard Timeframes

• Linked via Plaid: If your bank account was connected using Plaid, you can generally expect the funds to arrive within 24 to 72 hours.
• Manual Linking: If your bank account was linked manually (without Plaid), the transfer may take up to 5 business days to complete.

Understanding the Process

• "Pending" Status: After you request a withdrawal, your transaction will show as "Pending." This indicates that the funds are currently in transit through the ACH (Automated Clearing House) network.
• "Posted" Status: Once the transfer is successfully completed and accepted by your bank, the status will update to "Posted".
• Processing Fee: Please remember that a flat $5.00 administrative fee is applied to each cash withdrawal.

Important Considerations

• Business Days Only: Banking transfers are processed on business days (Monday–Friday). Requests made on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
• Bank Cutoff Times: Your specific bank may have daily cutoff times that can add an additional 24 hours to the total processing time.
