How do I sell my metals back?

To sell your metal back, click on the "buy/sell" button underneath the asset that you wish to sell.

Enter a value in the "Cash proceeds you would like to receive.", which is, the total dollars you would like to receive. The confirmation screen reflects the fractional amount of metal that will be liquidated at the sell price to net you the cash proceeds. Then click on the green "sell" button at the bottom to confirm the transaction.

The funds from the sale will immediately be available in your "buying power." You may then request a disbursement of the cash via a mailed check or through an ACH transfer back to your linked bank account. Please note that you must have your KYC verified before you will be able to withdraw funds.
