Can I send my metal to another vault?

Currently, SoundMoney is designed to ship directly to the verified residential or business address on your account. We do not offer a direct 'vault-to-vault' transfer service to third-party depositories.

If you wish to move your assets to another vault facility:

1. Request Physical Delivery of your metal to your home or office address.
2. Once received, you can then personally coordinate the transport and deposit of those physical assets into your new vault of choice.

Why? This policy ensures a clear and secure 'Chain of Custody.' By delivering the metal directly to you first, we ensure that the legal owner takes full possession before the assets are moved into a different custodial system. Please remember that all deliveries require an Adult Signature Confirmation for your protection.
