Can I request a physical delivery of fractional metal?

No. While the SoundMoney® Wallet allows you to buy and sell metals in fractional amounts, physical disbursements from the vault are restricted to whole units only.

To ensure secure shipping and inventory accuracy, please keep the following rules in mind:

• Whole Unit Minimums: You can only request the delivery of assets in their complete, original form as held in the vault.
• Asset-Specific Examples: * If you own 100oz Silver Bars, the minimum amount you can have mailed to you is one full 100oz bar.
• If you own 1oz Gold Eagles, you must request them in 1oz increments.
• Handling Fractional Balances: Any fractional "leftover" metal that does not equal a whole unit will remain securely in your digital wallet or can be sold back for cash at the current Buyback Price.
• Shipping Fees: Remember that all physical deliveries incur a flat $15.00 fee plus 0.5% of the asset value for shipping and insurance.
