Can I pick up my metal in person?

While we can accommodate in-person pickups, they are not our preferred method due to the high-security nature of the facility and the complex logistics involved.

If you would like to pick up your metal in person, you must contact Customer Support to schedule an appointment. Please note that unscheduled visits cannot be accommodated. For most members, we recommend our standard fully insured shipping, which delivers your metal directly and securely to your door.
