Can I consolidate multiple types of metal into one shipment?

Generally, no. Within the SoundMoney ecosystem, each asset class is treated as a distinct and separate transaction. This is because each metal type is backed by its own specific physical inventory and must be audited and processed independently to ensure total accuracy and security.

Key Information for Shipments:

• Individual Processing: If you would like to have both gold and silver shipped to your home, you will need to initiate two separate shipment requests through your dashboard.
• Standard Fees Apply: Each individual shipment is subject to the standard flat shipping fee ($15) plus the 0.5% insurance fee based on the value of that specific metal.
• Logistical Exceptions: On occasion, SoundMoney may, at its own discretion, combine multiple shipments destined for the same location into a single high-security package if it is determined to be the safest or most efficient method for delivery.
• Why We Default to Separate: Processing metals separately allows us to maintain a "bulletproof" chain of custody for every ounce. This ensures that your gold and silver are never mixed during the picking, packing, or insurance verification process.
