We support many software options for dual-factor authentication. One of the most popular is the Google Authenticator App. Another popular option is to use the SMS text messaging option. If you would like to use text messaging, your phone number must be verified first.

The most common cause for "invalid code" errors is that the time on your device is not synced correctly. To make sure that you have the correct time in your Google Authenticator app, follow the instructions for your operating system below.

Are there fees to use soundmoney®?

An annual membership for soundmoney® is $199/year, but it is FREE for members of 7k metals.

There are no fees to purchase bullion through soundmoney®, and you can vault up to $50,000 in metals for FREE! If your asset balance is over $50,000, you will pay a total of 0.5% annually of the value of the overage.

There is a small $5 when you transfer cash out of your soundmoney® account.

There is no fee to transfer your gold or silver assets back to cash. All transfers are based on the current buyback price.

If you want the gold or silver assets in your soundmoney® to be shipped to you, you will be charged for shipping.
