What are my options for setting up 2 Factor Authentication?

We support many software options for dual-factor authentication. One of the most popular is the Google Authenticator App. Another popular option is to use the SMS text messaging option. If you would like to use text messaging, your phone number must be verified first.

The most common cause for "invalid code" errors is that the time on your device is not synced correctly. To make sure that you have the correct time in your Google Authenticator app, follow the instructions for your operating system below.

There are no fees to purchase bullion through soundmoney® or storage fees to keep the metals purchased through soundmoney® in VaultMax®

There is a small $5 when you transfer cash out of your soundmoney® account.

There is no fee to transfer your gold or silver assets back to cash. All transfers are based on the current buyback price.

If you want the gold or silver assets in your soundmoney® to be shipped to you, you will be charged for shipping.
