  • How long does it take to send money to/from my linked bank account?
    It depends on who you bank with. Generally, it takes between 24-72 hours, but it can take up to 5 days if your linked bank account was not linked through Plaid.Some readers

  • Why does my request to send money to/from my bank still show as "pending"?
    The "pending" status just indicates that the funds haven't fully transferred to/from your bank yet. The "pending" status will change to "posted" as soon as the transfer is complete. Don't worry! If you made a purchase of metals with an ACH transfer, the price of metals was locked in at the time of purchase.Few readers
