Why does my request to send money to/from my bank still show as "pending"?

The "pending" status just indicates that the funds haven't fully transferred to/from your bank yet. The "pending" status will change to "posted" as soon as the transfer is complete. Don't worry! If you made a purchase of metals with an ACH transfer, the price of metals was locked in at the time of purchase.
