What happens to my rewards if my referral cancels their order or their bank payment fails?
To ensure the integrity of the program, rewards are only finalized once a referral’s payment has successfully settled (typically 3–5 business days).
If a referral cancels their order before it clears, or if their bank payment fails (e.g., NSF/Insufficient Funds), the pending reward will be voided or removed from your balance. We only issue rewards on completed, successful transactions. If you notice a reward has disappeared from your 'Pending' list, it is usually because the underlying transaction did not reach final settlement.
