What happens if I lose my phone and can't access my 2FA?
If you lose your 2FA device, please contact SoundMoney Support immediately. They will walk you through a process to confirm you are the account owner. Once verified, our security team will reset your 2FA so you can link a new device. We recommend setting up a 'backup' security token in your settings if you have a second trusted device.
