How long do I have to report a damaged or missing shipment?

You should report any shipping issue as soon as possible.


  • Damaged package: notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Missing package / marked “Delivered” but not received: notify us within 24 hours.
  • Tracking shows “In Transit” and appears stuck: contact us if there’s been no tracking movement for 5 business days.


After these windows, it may not be possible to open or win a carrier claim.
