How do I close my account?

To close your account, you will first need to draw your asset balance down to $0. You may ship any whole bars or coins that you own, or you may liquidate any of the assets that you own.

To have your metals shipped to you, click on the "Buy/Sell" button under the asset that you would like to have shipped. Then click on the green "ship" button. Please note that the shipping and handling cost will be deducted from your metal balance.

To liquidate your metal, click on the "buy/sell" button underneath the asset that you wish to sell. Enter the amount of cash that you want to receive in the box that says "Cash proceeds you would like to receive." (The gray box will tell you the maximum amount that you can request). Then click on the green "sell" button at the bottom to confirm the transaction.

The funds from the sale will immediately be available in your "buying power." You may then request a disbursement of the cash via ACH transfer, a transfer to Wise, or a mailed check.

To withdraw funds, click on "Buying Power" from your Dashboard. Then click on the green "Withdraw funds" button and choose your method of transfer.

Once your account balance is zeroed out, please contact our support team to close your account.
