Can multiple people in my household share one SoundMoney account?
No. Each SoundMoney account is for one individual only.
For compliance and security reasons, we can’t allow multiple people (including spouses or other household members) to share a single account or login.
If another person in your household wants to buy or hold metals through SoundMoney, they’ll need to open their own account and complete identity verification (KYC).
