Can I cancel my SoundMoney account?

Yes. To close your account, you must first bring your asset balance down to $0.00. You can do this by following these steps:

Empty your Metal Vault: You must either request Physical Delivery of your whole bars and coins (click 'Buy/Sell' then the green 'Ship' button) or Liquidate your assets into cash.
Liquidate Fractional Metal: To sell, click 'Buy/Sell' under the asset and enter the cash amount you wish to receive. The funds will move instantly to your 'Buying Power.'
Withdraw your Cash: From your Dashboard, click 'Buying Power,' then 'Withdraw Funds.' You can choose ACH Transfer, Wise, or a Mailed Check.
Final Step: Once your balance is exactly zero, contact our support team to officially deactivate the account.
