# The email I am creating an account with does not work

**Why is my email blocked?**
We block a small number of email domains that are commonly used for temporary/disposable inboxes or high-volume automated signups. This helps us prevent account abuse and protect payment systems.

**I’m not a scammer—why am I affected?**
We know this can catch legitimate users occasionally. Our system blocks domains based on risk patterns, not individuals. If you reach out, we can review your case.

**How do I fix it?**
Use a different email provider or a work/organization email address. If you only have this email, contact support for help.
