# My account is currently dormant.  How can I activate it?

Making a purchase of any amount will immediately reactivate your account.

If your account has been dormant for an extended period, you may be prompted to re-verify your identity (KYC) for your protection. If a new purchase does not automatically clear the 'dormant' status, please reach out to our support team so we can manually refresh your profile.
