# How long do I have to report a damaged or missing shipment?

You should report any shipping issue **as soon as possible**.

* **Damaged package:** notify us within **48 hours of delivery**.
* **Missing package / marked “Delivered” but not received:** notify us within **24 hours**.
* **Tracking shows “In Transit” and appears stuck:** contact us if there’s been **no tracking movement for 5 business days**.

After these windows, it may not be possible to open or win a carrier claim.
