# Can I pick up my metal in person?

While we can accommodate in-person pickups, they are not our preferred method due to the high-security nature of the facility and the complex logistics involved.
If you would like to pick up your metal in person, you must **contact Customer Support to schedule an appointment**. Please note that unscheduled visits cannot be accommodated. For most members, we recommend our standard fully insured shipping, which delivers your metal directly and securely to your door.
