# Can I open a SoundMoney account for my LLC, Trust, or Business?

No. Per our terms and conditions, **SoundMoney accounts are available to individuals only.**

At this time we don’t offer accounts for **LLCs, trusts, corporations, partnerships, or other entities**. Your account must be opened and maintained in the name of the **verified individual** who completed KYC.

If you’d like your monthly statements and other interactions on the website to show a business label, you can set an optional **Display Name**—but the account ownership and verification will still remain tied to the individual, who holds all rights and privileges to manage the account.
