# Can I fund my soundmoney® account with precious metals I already own?

Yes!

Members are now able to deposit eligible .999 fine gold or silver that you already own and receive:
•	Free vault storage and insurance, and
•	Instant liquidity through your Sound Money Wallet (sell-back capability)

To request a deposit, click on the "Deposit" tab in your account and read through the Terms and Conditions.
