# Are there limits on the insurance for my assets?

**No.** There are currently no specific "per-user" limits on the insurance coverage for your gold and silver holdings. **SoundMoney®** facilitates the purchase and sale of your metals, while all physical assets are securely held on your behalf by **VaultMAX**, a premier third-party private vaulting facility.
To ensure the highest level of protection, our storage and insurance structure includes:

* **Third-Party Custody:** Your physical metals are stored at **VaultMAX**, a secure, private facility independent of the banking system and separate from SoundMoney's corporate operations.
* **Comprehensive Insurance:** All metal holdings at VaultMAX are **fully insured** against physical loss, theft, and damage.
* **World-Class Underwriting:** This "all-risk" insurance coverage is underwritten by **Lloyd’s of London**, the global leader in precious metals insurance.
* **Member Benefit:** For active members, secure storage and full insurance is included as a standard benefit of your membership.
* **In-Transit Security:** When you request a physical shipment, your assets remain fully insured throughout the transit process until a signature is obtained at your delivery address.

**Note:** While your physical metal at VaultMAX is fully insured, please be aware that any cash balances held as "stored value" in your **SoundMoney® WALLET** are not separately FDIC insured.
